Current AHRI membership or demonstrated engagement with the HR profession will be highly regarded.

This role is not for everyone..

This is a busy, fast-paced advisory role where no two days are the same.

We are a small, high-performing team supporting a diverse organisation, which means you'll be balancing recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, learning and development, workforce projects,  and employee engagement initiatives all while providing timely advice and support to leaders and employees across Council.

We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, works with urgency and genuinely enjoys being part of a busy team. If you're energised by a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, you'll fit right in.

If you prefer a slower-paced environment with highly structured workloads and long lead times, this role may not be the right fit for you.
